Cleo is a normal horse villager in the Animal Crossing series. She first appeared in Dōbutsu no Mori and she didn't reappear until Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome Amiibo. Her favorite saying references love, which shares this trait with Ursala. Her name could be derived from Cleo Ridgely.
