Sasha (ミッチェル miccheru) is a lazy rabbit villager introduced in the Animal Crossing: New Horizons 2.0 update. He was later revealed after the October 15, 2021 ACNH Direct to be male, which surprised fans as at first glance, they thought he was going to be the only lazy female by his facial features, name (being associated with girls in the West), cute house, and fashion hobby. As such, he is the first and currently the only male villager to have this hobby.

Appearance

Sasha is a light seafoam green rabbit. The tips of his ears, paws and muzzle are white. His nose and the insides of his ears are a light orange color. He also has a tuft of blond bangs across his forehead, his tail is yellow, and he has simple, dark blue, icon-like eyes with small eyelashes. Trivia

• Many Animal Crossing fans thought Sasha would be female due to his feminine facial features and his localized name generally being associated with being a female name, even though Sasha is a unisex name and is a common male given name in Russia. He shares this trait with Dom and Shino.
  • This may suggest fans to refer to him as a "femboy".
