Template:Fair use
From Animal Crossing Wiki
This file is either entirely or partially composed of copyrighted content.
The copyright for it is most likely held by the company, group, or author who created it. It is believed that the use of a limited number of low-resolution images for identification and critical commentary on the file's subject in question qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law, as such display does not significantly impede the right of the copyright holder to sell the copyrighted material, is not being used to turn a profit in this context, and presents ideas that cannot be exhibited otherwise. See Copyrights and fair use rationale.
This template is used on files that are uploaded under a claim of fair use. The source of the image should be mentioned, if possible. This template is used by placing the following code in the file's description (replace "SOURCE" with the link that the image originates from, if available):
- Without source
{{Fairuse}}
- With source
{{Fairuse|Source=SOURCE}}
