Sprocket has a mechanical exterior, with a green head, dark blue-gray body, and softly orange-colored legs. His head appears to have lots of metal plating, covered with dots on the side that resemble screws. His beak is a copper color and has a ridge running across the top, also suggesting metal plating. The ends of his arms and tail feathers are a lighter gray than the rest of his torso and tail, and are shiny. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, his head has an orange "04" printed on the back. His initial shirt is the No. 67 Shirt.
In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, his body has a metallic texture, reflecting light, and occasionally makes mechanical sounds when moving. This is the same as the other robotic villagers, Del and Ribbot.
Nobody knows who built Sprocket. Whoever did it was probably near-sighted, though. And on top of that, whoever built him filled his robotic brain with delusions of grandeur.
