[[Video:Animal Crossing - 2PM|thumb|300px|right|The music that plays at 2 P.M. in Animal Crossing]] [[Video:Animal Crossing City Folk Music 2 PM|thumb|300px|right|The music that plays at 2 P.M. in Animal Crossing: City Folk]]The music starts out softly with an electric piano and castanets. It then gradually gets strong for a moment. It also has an accordion, an electronic clave, and a marimba. Overall, the music is considered "delighting," having a bit of a morning mood, but awakening.
In the GCN version, the tune is more regular-ish and moderate. It sounds like someone is running around something or away from something.
