Sprocket (ヘルツ, Hertz) is an ostrich. He is a jock villager, meaning he has an interest in physical fitness and sports which makes him appear competitive and stereotypically slow-witted. He is the only male ostrich in the American Animal Crossing series games.
Appearance
Sprocket has a mechanical exterior, with a green head, grey body, and an orange beak and legs. He barely looks like a normal ostrich as he is mostly a robot but he has a few thin, green hairs on the back of his head. He is one of a few robotic-looking villagers - Ribbot, a grey mechanical frog, being one example.
