Phoebe (ヒノコ, Hinoko) is an Uchi ostrich villager that first appeared in Template:3DS. Phoebe, along with Tokio is a new ostrich that is appearing in Animal Crossing: New Leaf
Appearance
As you can see, Phoebe is an orangey-red and brilliant yellow ostrich with spotted wings. Given her name, coloration and initial Flame Shirt, its likely that she's supposed to be a mythical phoenix.

Phoebe is a uchi ("big sister") villager. She is a mix of peppy, snooty and normal villagers, and will act like a big sister to the villager once they become close friends. If you talk to her after your player gets stung by a bee, she will give you medicine. Phoebe may conflict with Snooty and Cranky villagers, who spread rumors about others. Even so, she is very kind and caring.
