Bob (ニコバン, Nikoban) is a sExy cat villager. His name is probably based off the word bobcat. Many believe he is the first Animal Crossing series character, being born on January 1^st. His catchphrase, "pthhhpth," may be a reference to the sound a cat makes when coughing up a hairball (this is further supported by the information on the E-reader card which indicates he tends to spit often while speaking).

Appearance

Bob is a purple cat with darker polka dots and half-closed eyes, making him appear sleepy. He initially wears the blossom shirt, which clashes with his deep-purple fur. tough in earlier versions of animal crossing this shirt was a dress, bob was one of the first male villagers to cross dress in the animal crossing franchise. The inside of his ears are pink, and his tail has two darker stripes on it. He has no nose.

Personality

Bob is a lazy villager, lazy villagers tend to like snacks and bugs. For example, one of the things he will say when he gives you a DIY recipe (NH) is, "One of my bug friends whispered it into my ear last night." Strange, but cute in a way!
